How to reset Nikon D7000
To reset your Nikon D7000 back to its default factory settings, simply follow these instructions from Nikon support. Basically, you’ll need to press two buttons simultaneously for at least two seconds. These two buttons are different for each Nikon cameras. For Nikon D7000, it is QUAL button and Exposure Compensation button.
Please note that, the operation will not reset Settings in Custom menu. To reset it, select the reset option in the custom menu.
